The named ranks above maegashira. Sources differ on whether yokozuna counts.

San'yaku means the named ranks at the top of the banzuke, above the numbered maegashira. The JSA's English guide counts ōzeki, sekiwake and komusubi. Wikipedia's glossary takes in yokozuna as well, so the word's exact reach depends on the source.

ōzeki
Champion, the second-highest rank.
sekiwake
The third rank, just below ōzeki.
komusubi
The fourth rank, the lowest of the named ranks above maegashira.
yokozuna
Grand champion, the top rank. A yokozuna can't be demoted.
