Unryū-gata 雲龍型
Yokozuna ceremony style: left arm bent in, right arm out.
Unryū-gata is one of the two styles of yokozuna ring-entering ceremony. In this style the left arm bends in to the chest while the right arm extends, and the rope is tied with one loop at the back. It's named after an Edo-period yokozuna, though historians doubt he ever performed it.
We haven't yet checked this kanji against the Japan Sumo Association's own pages.
