henka 変化
Sidestepping the opening charge.
What henka means
A henka is a sidestep at the opening charge. Instead of meeting his opponent head-on at the tachi-ai, a wrestler moves out of the way. Bout records can't show one, because the only thing they say about how a bout went is the winning technique.
